At Cotopaxi, we stand by our Gear for Good and want to ensure you love your equipment; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund through our easy online portal.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Gear
Place your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice and securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside.
Drop It Off
Take your package to any authorized carrier location, and we will process your refund or exchange once the gear arrives at our warehouse.
